University of Washington Law School
Purpose: This event is a therapy dog visit (with their handlers) where the Reading with Rover teams are available to students for their mental health day.
The students need our canine comfort. As you all know, spending time with our dogs provides a brief break in their daily lives, brings a smile to their face AND it also helps them retain a greater percentage of what they are studying – so we are helping them get better grades.
Important Info: This is a complex setting as emotions are high. This is for BADGED teams only. There will be up to three people petting your dog at one time. The staff and students love having our teams.
Attention Teams: We will be at 45th and Memorial, Seattle, WA
