Seattle Preparatory School

Purpose:  This event is a therapy dog visit (with their handlers) where the Reading With Rover teams are available to students during finals study breaks.  Finals week can be a stressful time and our Reading With Rover teams provide a positive outlet for the students.

The students need our canine comfort as they study for finals.  As you all know, spending time with our dogs provides a brief break in their daily lives, brings a smile to their face AND it also helps them retain a greater percentage of what they are studying – so we are helping them get better grades.

Important Info: Experienced and protocol teams welcome!

Masks:               Optional

Sanitizing:      Mandatory (School will provide)

Parking:         Free

Contact:          Leslie Williams at TeamLeadRWR@Outlook.com

Additional Information: We will meet 10 minutes before to allow our dogs to see who they are working with that day.  This event will be held outside unless there is inclement weather.
